60-Night Guarantee and Refund Policy

You get 60 nights to try your NightPrep Feet night support. If it doesn't fit you well, you can't get comfortable wearing it, or it doesn't help you, send it back, even worn, and we refund the full price you paid for it. You pay the return shipping.
What's covered
- Your NightPrep Feet night support, even if you've worn it and slept in it.
- Your 60 nights start the day your order is delivered, as shown by tracking.
- The reasons covered: it doesn't fit you well, you can't get comfortable wearing it, or it doesn't help you.
How to get a refund
- Email [email protected] within 60 nights of delivery. Include your order number.
- We email you our US return address. You pay the return shipping. We suggest a tracked service so you can prove it arrived.
- Once the return arrives and we check it is the item we sent, we refund the price you paid for it within 5 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If you bought two or three supports
You can return one or all of them. We refund each one returned at its share of the bundle price you paid.
Add-on (Stretch Strap)
- If the add-on arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
- Stretch Strap: 60-night guarantee. If it's not for you, email us within 60 nights of delivery, send it back, and we refund the price you paid once it arrives. You pay the return shipping.
- The night support and the Stretch Strap each have a 60-night guarantee.
Not refundable
- Delivery Protection, once your order has shipped. If we cancel your order before it ships, we refund it too.
What the guarantee is, and isn't
The guarantee covers fit, comfort and whether it helps you. It is not a promise that the product will change your symptoms. Results vary from person to person.
Order cancellations
Want to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. If your order hasn't shipped, we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it ships, use the guarantee above.
Please contact us before your bank
If something is wrong, email us first. We answer within 48 hours on business days and will make it right faster than a bank dispute can.
