We collect only what we need to run your order and our store.
What we collect

We don't ask for health information. If you choose to tell us about your health in an email, we use it only to answer you.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments and securely saves your card for one-click add-ons.
- Our fulfillment partners receive your name, shipping address and phone number to pack and ship your order. They are outside the United States and Canada, so your shipping details are stored and used in other countries.
- Cloudflare hosts our website and protects it from attacks.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives information about what you do on our site, such as viewing a page or buying, through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We may send your email or phone number in scrambled (hashed) form so Meta can match visits to its users. We use this to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested.
- Klaviyo sends order emails and, if you agreed, marketing emails.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Advertising choices
Some US state laws call the Meta advertising use above "sharing" or "targeted advertising." To opt out, email [email protected] with "Do not share" in the subject, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. You can also change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your cart and measure our ads. You can block cookies in your browser. Checkout still works.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you agreed. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Security
Our site uses encryption (https). Card details go straight to Stripe. No system is perfect, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
