NightPrep Feet products do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Pain in the first steps after rest has many possible causes, and only a doctor can tell you what's behind yours.
See a doctor first if:
- your pain is new, severe or getting worse
- you can't put weight on your foot
- you have an injury, swelling, redness or fever
- your pain isn't improving
Ask your doctor before using the night support if you are pregnant, or have diabetes, nerve problems, circulation problems, recent surgery, open wounds, major swelling or a foot-drop diagnosis.
Night support
- Wear in bed only. Never walk in it. Take it off before you get up, including at night.
- Start with a few hours and build up, as the fitting guide shows.
- Remove it right away if you feel numbness, tingling, sharp pain, or color or temperature changes. Don't keep adjusting and wearing it through those symptoms.
- Seek medical advice if symptoms continue or worry you.
Stretch Strap
- Stretch gently and slowly. Don't bounce or force it.
- Stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling.
